Part 1: The Person’s Story (Testimony)
Ask the person to tell you their story. As you listen, watch for the three main points of
the Gospel below. If their beliefs on any part aren’t clear, ask them to elaborate. You
can use the example questions below the checkboxes (or your own questions) as
guides for how you can learn these parts of their story, if necessary. If there is any
confusion, walk them through our beliefs.

Part 2: Reasons for Baptism
Ask the person to why they want to be baptized. As they answer, listen for the points
listed below. If their beliefs on any part aren’t clear, ask them to elaborate. Use the
example questions below the checkboxes as guides for how you can learn these parts
of their story, if necessary. If there is any confusion, walk them through our beliefs.
