Week 1 – Cultural Integration

Week 2 – Team Introductions & Observations
- [ ] Attend all Mosaic services and observe teams

- [ ] Usher Lead
- [ ] Coffee Lead
- [ ] Welcome Desk Lead
- [ ] Shadow Christy Dewar or Connections rep
- [ ] Begin field log of notes, thoughts, and feedback
Week 3 – Systems & Tools
- [ ] Planning Center onboarding (services, people, checklists)
- [ ] Slack and Taskade access confirmed
- [ ] Review automated volunteer onboarding steps
- [ ] Review guest flow and guest card follow-up process with Alyssa
Week 4–5 – Planning & Team Development
- [ ] Set 90-day goals with Executive Pastor
- [ ] Begin Guerilla Greeter team development (10-week goal)
- [ ] Begin Parking Team build (3-month goal)
- [ ] Begin identifying second-in-command (10-month goal)
- [ ] Review onboarding SOPs for each team
Week 6 – Team Gathering
- [ ] Plan volunteer gathering (60–90 minutes)
- [ ] Introduce yourself and cast vision
- [ ] Share appreciation and highlight current leaders
- [ ] Distribute Hospitality Culture Card
Week 7–8 – Full Leadership Transition
- [ ] Lead pre-service huddles
- [ ] Oversee full Sunday team execution
- [ ] Begin active recruiting for new teams
- [ ] 1:1 check-ins with all current leads
- [ ] Review guest follow-up handoff with Christy and Alyssa
